You Will Need: For Potatoes: 1-1/2 cups water, 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup milk. For Gravy: 1 cup cold water. Stove-Top Directions: Mashed Potatoes: 1.
