You Will Need: 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 2 cups hot water, 3-1/4 cups milk. 1. Brown ground beef in 12-inch skillet or 5-quart saucepan; drain. 2. Stir in hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and Pasta.
