You Will Need: 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 egg. 1. Heat oven to 350F for shiny metal pan or 325F for dark, nonstick or glass pan. Grease bottom of pan with cooking spray or shortening. 2. Stir Brownie Mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely before frosting. If using an 8" x 8" pan, bake 36-39 minutes. If using a 9" x 9" pan, bake 32-35 minutes. If using an 11" x 7" pan, bake 30-33 minutes. Squeeze Frosting packet 10 seconds. Cut off 1 end of packet with scissors. Squeeze frosting over brownies; spread evenly. Store tightly covered. Betty's Tips: For cakelike brownies, use 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. For Monster Face you will need: red and black string licorice, candy coated chocolate candy, candy corn Betty Crocker(R) black decorating gel. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft.): Stir 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour into dry brownie mix. Make brownies using 1/3 cup water, 3 Tbsp. oil and 1 egg for regular brownies, 2 eggs for cakelike brownies. Bake 8" x 8" 43-46 min., 9" x 9" 35-38 min., 11" x 7" 33-36 min.
