Ingredients

Sugar, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla), Cocoa processed with Alkali, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum, Salt.

Directions

You will need: 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted + 2 eggs. 1. Heat oven to 350F for shiny metal pan or 325F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease (or use cooking spray) bottom of pan. 2. Stir brownie mix, butter and eggs in medium bowl until well blended (batter will be thick). Spread in pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. To cut warm brownies easily, cut with plastic knife using short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. 8" x 8" pan bake 28-31 minutes; 9" x 9" pan bake 26-30 minutes; 11" x 7" pan bake 23-26 minutes. High Altitude [3500-6500 ft.]: Stir 2 Tbsp. cornstarch into brownie mix. Make brownie mix. Make brownies using 2 Tbsp. butter, 2 Tbsp. water and 3 eggs. Bake at 350F: 8" shiny pan 40-43 minutes; 8" dark pan 37-40 minutes; 8" shiny pan 30-34 minutes; 11" shiny pan 28-31 minutes. Bake at 325F: 9" dark pan 30-34 minutes; 11" dark pan 28-31 minutes.
