Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Corn Syrup, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil, Egg Yolk, Egg White, Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Baking Soda), Salt, Artificial Flavor.


Prep Time: 5 minutes, Bake Time: 9 minutes. You Will Need: 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, margarine or spread*, softened (not melted); 1 tablespoon water. To soften butter directly from refrigerator, microwave unwrapped stick on high 10-15 seconds. 1. Heat oven to 375F (or 350F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet). Stir Cookie Mix, softened butter and water in medium bowl until soft dough forms. 2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. 3. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Store cooled cookies in airtight container. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft.): Heat oven to 375F for all pans. *If using spread, use one that has more than 65% oil.
