You Will Need for Pasta: 1-1/2 cups hot water, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tablespoons butter. You Will Need for Chicken: 1 lb. uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 tablespoon milk, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Success Tip: Start with completely thawed chicken.
