You Will Need: 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 egg. 1. Heat oven to 350F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease (or use cooking spray) bottom of pan. 2. Stir Brownie Mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. If using a 13" x 9" pan, bake 26-28 minutes. If using an 11" x 7" pan, bake 44-46 minutes. If using a 9" x 9" pan, bake 41-43 minutes. If using dark or nonstick pan, shorten bake time by 2 min. To cut brownies easily, cut with plastic knife using short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. Betty's Tips: For a special treat, top brownies with a scoop of vanilla fat-free ice cream and chocolate sauce. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft.): Grease bottom and sides of pan; lightly flour. Stir 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour into dry brownie mix.
