Bread Crumbs [Enriched Wheat Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid) Distilled Vinegar, Coconut Oil, Salt, Sugar, Leavening (Baking Soda), Corn Starch, Yeast, Ascorbic Acid and Natural Flavoring], Dried Cranberries (Glycerated Cranberries, Sugar, Glycerine, Sunflower Oil), Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Celery, Parsley, Garlic), Sugar, Salt, Spices, Chicken Flavoring (Salt, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Dried Chicken Broth, Chicken Fat, Dextrose, Corn Starch, Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors), Natural Flavoring, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Soybean and Cottonseed Oils), Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate (Flavor Enhancers).

Directions

Preparation, in-the-bird cooking: 1. Empty pouch contents into a mixing bowl. 2. In a small skillet, melt 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine. If desired, sauté 1 medium onion, minced, and 2/3 cup diced celery in the butter. 3. Pour butter (and vegetables) over stuffing mix. Add 1-3/4 cups water. (For a drier, more crumbly stuffing add 1-2/3 cups water.) Toss lightly with a fork to blend. Cover, let stand 5 minutes before using. Pack lightly in turkey cavity. Stuffs 20 pounds of poultry. Refrigerate any leftover stuffing. Do not stuff bird until ready to roast.
