ShopRite‘s Meals Made Well recipe program is a collection of better-for-you recipes, hand-picked by our team of Registered Dietitians and Chefs. Each recipe is created with your health in mind striving to use healthy and delicious ingredients like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean sources of protein. Our recipes make it easy for you to include essential nutrients in your diet while still limiting the amount of saturated fat, trans fat, sodium and added sugars. These guidelines are based on criteria from the USDA Dietary Guidelines.
