Apple "Bagel" Snacks

Serves: 2 • Prep time: 10 min

  • 1/4 cup Skippy® Natural Super Chunk® or Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple, cored
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries or raisins
  1. Combine Skippy® Natural Super Chunk® Peanut Butter Spread with honey in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Cut 1/2-inch from top and bottom of apple; discard. Cut remaining apple into 4 horizontal slices. Spread 2 slices with peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle with cranberries, then top with remaining apple.

TIP: Dip apple slices in bowl of water with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice so they don't turn brown. Dry, then continue with recipe.
