Up until recently, our digital receipts were provided through a partnership with Third Solutions. This partnership has ended and we want to make you aware of some of the changes that have occurred as a result.
We changed the email service for delivery of your digital receipts. Unfortunately, we just learned that these emails were blocked by email providers. Please know that we are working diligently with our tech team to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
We also want you to know that the site, which served as a storage portal for your receipts, is no longer active. We will be developing our own storage portal, however access to your receipt history will be temporarily unavailable while this design process progresses.
We are sorry for any inconvenience these temporary issues may cause. ShopRite is committed to dedicating resources to the Digital Receipt program to ensure its success. Please look for future emails from us with updates about this program.
