In addition to servicing its cooperative members, Wakefern operates its own retail stores under two distinct banners – ShopRite and PriceRite. Of the more than 200 ShopRite stores located across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, and Maryland, 26 of these are corporately owned by Wakefern Food Corporation.
PriceRite Supermarkets, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wakefern, operates its 40 stores in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island.
