WP Seeded Breads Mushroom Walnut Goat Cheese Toast

Roasted Mushroom, Walnut and Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ShopRite Olive Oil
  • 2 oz Wholesome Pantry Baby Bella Mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Wholesome Pantry Walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 4 tbsp ShopRite Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry Sprouted Whole Grain Bread, toasted

Directions

  1. Toss mushrooms and walnuts with olive oil and spread on a foil-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper and roast for 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees, stirring halfway through
  2. Top toast with crumbled goat cheese, followed by mushroom and walnut mixture.

Caprese Style Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry Seeded Bread, toasted
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp prepared pesto
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp chopped fresh basil

Directions

  1. Spread pesto on one side of each of the toast slices. Top with mozzarella cheese, tomato slices and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Garnish with fresh basil and dig in!

Classic Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry Seeded Bread, toasted
  • 2 tsp ShopRite olive oil
  • 1 avocado, chopped

Directions

  1. Drizzle olive oil over toasted bread and divide chopped avocado between both slices. Use a fork to roughly smash the slices to desired consistency. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes (optional) and serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry Sprouted Whole Grain Bread, toasted
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 hard boiled Wholesome Pantry eggs, sliced
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Drizzle olive oil over toasted bread and divide avocado between both slices. Top each slice with hard boiled egg and sprinkle bacon crumbs over top.

WP Seeded Breads Eggplant Goat Cheese Toast

Roasted Eggplant and Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp ShopRite olive oil
  • 1/2 a small eggplant, sliced thin
  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry Seeded Bread, toasted
  • 4 tbsp ShopRite Goat Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 and line a small cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Toss eggplant slices with olive oil and arrange in a flat layer on cookie sheet. Season with salt and pepper and roast for 15 minutes, flipping once about halfway through.
  2. Spread goat cheese over toasted bread slices, then layer eggplant slices over top.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry Seeded Bread, toasted
  • 4 tbsp ShopRite cream cheese
  • 2-3 oz lox
  • 1 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over toasted bread slices, then top with lox, capers and chives

Strawberry, Banana and Toasted Coconut

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry Sprouted Cinnamon Raisin Bread, toasted
  • 2 tsp Wholesome Pantry strawberry preserves
  • 4 tbsp Wholesome Pantry plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 4 tbsp ShopRite sweetened coconut, toasted in the oven for a few minutes

Directions

In a small bowl, combine strawberry preserves and greek yogurt. Spread strawberry yogurt mixture over toast slices, then top with banana slices and toasted coconut.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry Sprouted Cinnamon Raisin Bread, toasted
  • 3-4 tbsp ShopRite Cream Cheese

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over toast slices, then top with cherry preserves and sliced almonds!

Directions

  1. Spread hazelnut spread evenly over toast slices and top with mini pretzels

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wholesome Pantry Sprouted Cinnamon Raisin Bread, toasted
  • 1 5 oz container Wholesome Pantry Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3-4 tbsp ShopRite Sweetened Coconut, toasted in the oven for a few minutes

Directions

  1. Spread yogurt evenly on both slices of toast. Top with fresh blueberries and toasted coconut!
