In our house, love is best expressed as a 9-letter word: C-H-O-C-O-L-A-T-E. So for Valentine’s Day, I made this easy chocolate fondue and served it in individual dipping bowls alongside big, red strawberries. (This way people can double-dip all they want!)
EASY CHOCOLATE FONDUE
Serves 4 (can be doubled)
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring cream and milk to a simmer/slow boil and then turn off heat.
Add chocolate chips and begin slowly whisking until the chocolate melts and becomes fully incorporated with the cream/milk.
Voilà! A silky chocolate sauce ideal for dipping. Pour into small bowls or ramekins and serve immediately with strawberries or other fruit.
PS – it’s also delicious as an ice cream topping!
