Sweet & Sour Dumplings

Pork Dumplings

Ingredients

Preparation Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 48

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 Tbs peeled, grated gingerroot
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbs finely chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 48 round wonton wrappers
  • ShopRite Trading Company Sweet and Sour Sauce, for dipping

Directions

  1. Combine pork, ginger, garlic, lime juice, onion, soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Wet the edges of each wonton wrapper with water. Place 1 tablespoon pork filling in the center of each. Bring the sides together to form a laf-moon pressing edges to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers. *Optional: you can also pleat the edges for a more decorative look!
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 tsp sesame oil. Add dumplings and brown on one side, flip, then carefully add 1/3 cup water to the pan. Cover and steam for 4 minutes.  Repeat process until all dumplings are cooked. Serve with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.

Szechuan Glazed Pork

Szechuan Glazed Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 2 lb pork loin filet
  • 1 jar ShopRite Trading Company Szechuan Sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 cups Wholesome Pantry steamed white rice
  • steamed fresh vegetables

Directions

  1. Add pork loin to a large ziploc bag or plastic sealable container. Pour entire contents of sauce over meat. Seal container and place in refrigerator to marinate overnight
  2. The next morning, remove meat from fridge and let come to room temperature (approx 30 min) and preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Place loin on baking sheet; discard rest of marinade. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes; then set the oven to broil and broil for an additional 5-6 minutes or until glaze caramelizes.
  4. Let pork rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving with rice and vegetables.

Thai Chili Shrimp Lo Mein

Spicy Shrimp Lo Mein

Preparation Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 6 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 red pepper, sliced thinly
  • 4 oz shredded red cabbage
  • 8 oz shredded or shaved carrot
  • ½ cup ShopRite Trading Company Thai Chili Sauce
  • 8 oz Wholesome Pantry raw shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, Drain, rinse and set aside.
  2. Add sesame oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add onion, pepper, carrot and cabbage and stir fry 2-3 minutes or until just tender.
  3. Add shrimp and Thai chili sauce and continue to stir fry until shrimp is opaque. Add cooked noodles and cilantro and stir fry until everything is coated in sauce and heated through.

Salmon Teriyaki

Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 jar ShopRite Trading Company Teriyaki Sauce
  • 4 (4- to 6-oz.) salmon fillets
  • 1 Tbs sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

  1. Pour teriyaki sauce into a baking dish. Add fillets, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning fillets occasionally.
  2. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Remove fillets from marinade; discard marinade. Grill fillets 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork and the center is still translucent. Transfer fillets to a platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.

General Tsaos Glazed Chicken

General Tsaos Glazed Chicken

Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Wholesome Pantry boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
  • 1 jar ShopRite Trading Company General Tsaos Sauce, divided
  • 8 oz steamed sugar snap peas
  • 3 cups hot cooked brown rice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chicken in a bowl with half General Tsaos sauce. Remove and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, basting once halfway through
  3. Serve chicken with snap peas and rice, spooning remaining sauce over chicken

Orange Ginger Chicken

Orange Ginger Chicken and Broccoli

Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Wholesome Pantry boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 jar ShopRite Trading Company Orange Ginger Sauce, divided
  • 1 bag Wholesome Pantry Frozen Broccoli Florets, steamed
  • 3 cups hot cooked brown rice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chicken in a bowl with half the orange ginger sauce. Remove and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through
  3. Serve chicken with broccoli and rice, spooning remaining orange ginger sauce over chicken and broccoli.
