Oreo “Win a ShopRite Gift Card” Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 6/29/08 through 7/26/08 each time you purchase any 3 participating OREO Products (15-18 oz.) using your ShopRite Price Plus Card you will receive one entry in the sweepstakes up to one entry per day. Purchases must be made at participating ShopRite stores in the states of NY, NJ, CT, PA or DE. If you do not have a ShopRite Price Plus card you may obtain one at the Customer Service counter. To enter without a purchase: On a piece of 3” x 5” paper, print your complete name, address, zip code plus phone number. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Oreo “Win a ShopRite Gift Card” Sweepstakes Kraft/ShopRite “Oreo” Sweepstakes, PO Box 470908, Cleveland, OH 44131-0908. Limit one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Entries must be postmarked by 7/26/08 and received by 8/2/08.
2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/4/08 from among all eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded and winners notified by telephone and/or mail. Limit one prize per household. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of entries received from among all participating ShopRite stores.
3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a $500 ShopRite Gift Card. Approximates Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. Five (5) First Prizes: Each will receive a $100 ShopRite Gift Card. ARV: $100. Total ARV: $1,000. Limit one prize per family/household. All prizes will be awarded.
4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of NY, NJ, CT, PA and DE, 18 years of age and older as of 6/29/08. Employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc., Wakefern Food Corporation, ShopRite, HMT Associates, Inc., their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families of each are not eligible. Decisions of HMT Associates, Inc. are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules. Except as specifically set forth herein, all other costs including federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries, entries not received in time for the random drawing, faulty machinery or other mechanical error, ShopRite Price Plus Cards scanned incorrectly, scanner failures or malfunctions. Winners will be notified by mail. Prizes shipped to U.S. addresses only. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. If prize is not generally available at sweepstakes’ end, another prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at sponsor's option. Potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within fourteen (14) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, Wakefern Food Corporation, ShopRite, HMT Associates, Inc. their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners’ assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.
5. WINNERS’ LIST: For the names of winners of prizes valued at $25 or more, available after 8/8/08 send a separate, stamped, self-addressed #10 envelope to: Oreo “Win a ShopRite Gift Card” Sweepstakes Winners’ List, PO Box 470908, Cleveland, OH 44131-0908.
