Official Sweepstakes Rules – “Muchas Gracias” (Thank You Very Much) Sweepstakes.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Between November 1 - November 29,2009, you are automatically entered into the “Muchas Gracias” (Thank You Very Much) Sweepstakes each time you spent five dollars ($5.00) or more at any participating ShopRite store and use your Price Plus® club card on any combination of products from the Participating Vendors set forth below. Purchase of all participating vendors products is not required on the same sales receipt but may be made any time during the period of November 1, 2009 - November 29, 2009.
Participating Vendors: Café Bustelo, General Mills, Colgate Palmolive, Conagra, Goya, La Fe, Kimberly Clark, Nestle (Delicias, Nestle Waters and Maggi), Malt-0-Meal, Kraft and Procter & Gamble.
If you do not have a ShopRite Price Plus® club card, you may get one at the customer service desk at no charge by filling out the required application. The ShopRite Price Plus® club card is free to any consumer, requiring no fee for membership or registration. Use of the card requires no obligation on the part of the consumer. Not all products are participating in all areas.
To enter without a purchase, send a 3" x 5" card with your name, address, telephone number, Price Plus® club card number and date of birth to: Wakefern Food Corp.– “Muchas Gracias” (Thank You Very Much) Attn: Marketing Dept., 505 Division Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07207. Each entry must be mailed separately in a self-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for (1) lost or delayed entries or for technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind or (2) any incorrect data contained in any sweepstakes entry or the records of the participating account associated with the ShopRite Price Plus® club card. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of the potential winner, a "Muchas Gracias" Sweepstakes entry will be deemed submitted by the individual listed as the holder of the ShopRite Price Plus® club card in the records of the participating account. It is the sole responsibility of the cardholder to notify the participating account of any address change.
2. LIMIT ONE MAIL-IN ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD PER DAY. The program runs from November 1 through November 29, 2009. AII entries must be postmarked by November 29, 2009. Mail in entries must be postmarked no later than November 29, 2009 to be eligible for the drawing. AII entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Neither Wakefern Food Corp., ShopRite nor Creative Bridge Inc., are responsible for late, lost, misdirected, torn, altered, postage-due, incomplete or illegible entries. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final on all matters.
3. PRIZES – Forty Six (46) Prizes will be awarded with an approximate retail value of FourThousand Six Hundred Dollars ($4,600.00). Each prize has an approximate retail value of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and consists of up to $10.00 in products from each Participating Vendor to each winner. Prize winners will be required to visit his/her local ShopRite to receive the prize, $100.00 in products consisting of up to $10.00 in products from each Participating Vendor. Prize winners will not choose any part of the prize. The Sweepstakes Administrator will select products from each Participating Vendor. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prize recipient will be solely responsible for all taxes that may be due. Other costs, including but not limited to any taxes associated with the acceptance of this prize that are not specified are solely the responsibility of the prize winner. AII prize winners must claim their prize by December 15, 2009.
4. DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from all participating locations. Drawing will be held on or around December 5, 2009 and will be conducted by a representative of Wakefern Food Corp./ShopRite whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible mail-in and electronic entries received.
Prize winners will be notified by mail on or during the week of December 10, 2009.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open lo legal residents of New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Delaware(Not Available In NY) 18 years of age or older. Employees of ShopRite, Wakefern Food Corp., ShopRite Supermarkets and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, dealers and their respective families (siblings, parents, grandparents or children) are not eligible to win. Federal, State and Local laws apply. AII taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions permitted. Prizes will only be awarded if winner complies with official rules. AII entries become the property of Wakefern Food Corp. Entry constitutes winner's permission to use their name, photograph and/or voice recordings for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission except where prohibited by law. Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited.
6. WINNER'S LIST: To obtain a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed (#10) envelope on or before December 15, 2009 to: Wakefern Food Corp. "Muchas Gracias" Sweepstakes, Attn: Marketing Dept., 505 Division Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07207. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Prizes will only be delivered within the states of CT, DE, PA, and NJ.
7. WINNER RELEASES. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Winner acknowledges that Sponsors have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any representations, warranties or guaranties of any kind, express or implied, in fact or in law, concerning the appearance, quality, performance or safety of any prize awarded except for any express manufacturers’ warranty as may be included with the prize. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes if it is tampered with or corrupted in any manner and, in the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded via a random drawing to be conducted from all eligible entries received as of the date of cancellation.
