1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on 11/1/2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on 11/30/2009.
2. HOW TO ENTER. There are three ways to enter. 1.) You’re automatically entered when you purchase one of the following products using your PricePlus® Club card between 11/1/2009 and 11/30/2009 at participating ShopRite stores: HUGGIES® diapers, PULL-UPS® Training Pants, GoodNites® Boxer & Sleep Shorts, HUGGIES® Baby Wipes or GoodNites® Underpants. To enter without purchase: 2.) Present your PricePlus® Club card at the Customer Service Desk and ask to be entered into the sweepstakes. (If you do not have a PricePlus® Club card, just fill out a brief application at the Customer Service Desk and one will be provided at no cost.); OR 3.) Hand print your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), age and day/evening telephone numbers on a 3" x 5" card and mail in an envelope to: November HUGGIES® Products for a Year Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 3601, Dept. A, Akron, OH 44309-3601. You may enter as often as you wish, however, only one entry per envelope and one entry per product purchased with your PricePlus® Club card per day. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2009 and received by December 10, 2009. Mail-in envelopes larger than a standard #10 envelope will be automatically disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted PricePlus® Club card entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the PricePlus® Club card account. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsors are not responsible for computer or network errors or malfunctions, garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, stolen, postage-due, late, lost or failed entries.
3. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: Two (s) Grand Prize winners will receive fifteen (15) ShopRite Gift Cards for $100 (Retail Value: $1,500.00 each). Forty (80) First Prize winners will each receive a $25 ShopRite Gift Card (Retail Value: $25.00 each). All terms and conditions of the Gift Cards apply. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All claimed prizes will be awarded.
4. DRAWING: A random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be held on or about December 21, 2009 by an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Only one winner per household, family or organization.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, age 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Wakefern Food Corp., ShopRite Supermarkets, Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC., Malone Advertising LLC, affiliates, distributors or advertising and promotional agencies and members of their household or immediate families (spouses, children, parents, siblings and grandparents) are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This sweepstakes may not be published in any sweepstakes magazines, flyers or elsewhere without written permission.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASES: The winners will be notified by telephone, mail and/or email. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within 7 days of receipt. If an individual cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to timely return a completed and fully executed affidavit of eligibility and liability release as required, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Entry constitutes winner’s permission to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity without approval or further compensation where not prohibited by law. Please allow 6-8 weeks for prize delivery.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its advertising and promotional agencies, which shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. Wakefern Food Corp., ShopRite Supermarkets, Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC, Malone Advertising LLC, or their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, agencies, officers, directors, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, late, lost or failed electronic or mailed entries, including incorrectly scanned cards, scanner failures or malfunctions; (2) stolen or postage-due mailed entries; (3) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes; (4) errors or delays in transmission; (5) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (6) any losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize, or from participating in the Sweepstakes, (7) or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. By acceptance of prize, winners agree to release Wakefern Food Corp., ShopRite Supermarkets, Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC, their subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors or advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with use of the prize. The Sponsor and its independent judging organization may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes, if, at their sole discretion, you repeatedly show a disregard for the Sweepstakes Official Rules, or act: (a) in a manner they determine to be not fair or equitable including the use of automated processes or devices not valid for entry; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, amend, modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should any viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, systems malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor and its agencies corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes.
8. WINNERS LIST: For a winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: November HUGGIES® Products for a Year Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 3601, Dept. A, Akron, OH 44309-3601 by February 28, 2010.
