ShopRite Risotto (Arborio Rice)
Imported from Italy ... Risotto is a wide, short grain rice, different from long grain rice that most people use. Our ShopRite Imported from Italy Risotto is produced by a small family of farmers that have been milling rice for generations...over 200 years, in fact. Our risotto is from the Vercelli region of Italy, just north of the Po River. The climatic and geographical conditions of this region are highly favorable to the growth of the rice plant.

We pack our ShopRite Risotto with a vacuum seal to preserve the freshness. If you’ve never cooked with Arborio rice, we invite you to try the recipes on our package.
