Linking Gift Cards on to a Price Plus® club Card  Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I link gift cards to my Price Plus® club Card? Where do I go to add gift cards to my Price Plus® club Card?

A: To link gift cards to your Price Plus® club Card, visit and select the ‘Gift Cards’ tab on the main tool bar. Here you can select – View Gift Card Balance, Link Gift Cards or Manage your Gift Cards. Once you select one of these you will be prompted to log in to your account. You must have a account to complete the process. If you do not have a account, click here to create one.

After logging in, the site will bring you to the screens for viewing a gift card balance, linking the gift cards and seeing the history. Fill in the required fields to get the information you are looking for.

NOTE: Gift cards must have a scratch off/peel off area on the back to be linked to a Price Plus® club Card. You will also need to create a PIN or use the Price Plus® club Card PIN you created in store when a refund was loaded to your card. Gift Card history will be populated once you have linked cards on your Price Plus® club Card and transactions have taken place.

Q: How do I check my gift card balance(s)?

A: There are several ways to check a gift card balance. You can use or various in-store resources.

  • If you card has a scratch off/peel off the area over the security code, then log on to your account and select ‘Gift Cards’ on the main tool bar. (click here) Then select ‘View Gift Card Balance’ in the drop down. NOTE: If the gift card does NOT have a scratch off/peel of area on the back, you cannot check your balance online.
  • For all types of ShopRite gift cards, you can call 1-800-ShopRite (1-800-746-7748) and use the automated Gift Card Balance feature. Also, while you are in a ShopRite location, you can use the price checkers or visit the customer service desk or ask a cashier to check the balance for you.

Q: Can I check my balance on my ShopRite app?

A: This feature is not currently available on the app. We do plan to add this functionality.

Q: How many gift cards can I link onto my Price Plus® club Card?

Q: I linked a gift card to my Price Plus® club Card, but the store associate told me the gift card is not on my Price Plus® club Card?

A: If a gift card balance cannot be found, we suggest confirming that you have the correct PIN for the Price Plus® club Card you are referencing. If the PIN is correct, there could be a few reasons why there is no balance:

  • The gift card could be linked to another Price Plus® club Card– If this is a possibility, call 1-800- ShopRite (1-800-746-7748) to review your account status. It’s important that you have only one Price Plus® club Card.
  • Someone could have used the physical plastic card in store. This may be possible if you did not securely store or destroy the card after loading it, or if you lost it. Please check with family members to see if they used the plastic gift card in store.
  • Someone who knows your PIN used the funds while shopping in store. We recommend you securely store your PIN and do not share it as it protects any refunds and gift cards loaded to your Price Plus® club Card.

Q: I’ve tried to link my gift card to my Price Plus® club Card, but it’s not working. What do I do?

A: Only ShopRite gift cards with a scratch off/peel off area can be linked to your Price Plus® club Card. Cards WITHOUT a scratch off/peel off area can be used when making an in-store purchase. A card may also have a $0 balance and therefore cannot be linked. Or, if someone has your gift card, they may have linked it to another Price Plus® club Card.

Q: Can I link other store/retail gift cards to my PPC?

A: Only ShopRite Gift Cards can be linked to your Price Plus® club Card.

Q: When I try to link my Gift Card, it asks me to validate my PIN. What does this mean?

A: The PIN used to link a Gift Card to a Price Plus® club Card is the same PIN used when adding/redeeming a refund on your Price Plus® club Card. If you are prompted to validate a PIN while trying to link gift cards, a PIN has already been created for your Price Plus® club Card. Q: Should I keep the plastic card once I link it to my Price Plus® club Card?

A: If you see that the gift card has been successfully linked, there is not a requirement to keep the card. Keeping it would be a personal preference. Should you keep the card, be sure to store it in a secure location. The card is still active and can be used in store.

Q: My family and I have separate Price Plus® club Cards. How do I make sure I link it to the correct Price Plus® club Card and retrieve the funds off that card when making a purchase?

A: When you sign up for a account, you must enter a Price Plus® club Card as well as an email address. When linking your gift cards to your Price Plus® club Card, you will sign into this same account. The system will then use the card you entered in your profile as the destination for your linked gift card funds. It’s important that you keep your account up to date and ensure you only have one Price Plus® club Card. You can call 1-800-ShopRite (1-800-746-7748) and a representative can review your account.

Q: When I placed my order, the system used my whole gift card balance. Is there way for me to select the amount I want to use towards my order?

A: Currently the system applies the entire balance to your order when you choose to use your linked Gift Card balance towards your purchase. If the total of your order is less than the amount of the gift card, the system will only use what it needs to pay for the order.

Q: I tried to enter my PIN and the system locked me out. What do I do?

A: If you are locked out of your account, please call 1-800-ShopRite (1-800-746-7748).

Q: I linked a gift card to my Price Plus® club Card, but then I decided to use it on a recent trip to the store. Do I need to log back in to adjust my account?

A: No. If the physical, plastic gift card is used in store, our system automatically updates your Price Plus® club Card balance to reflect this change.

Q: I linked a gift card to my Price Plus® club Card, but changed my mind. What can I do?

A: Once you link a gift card to your Price Plus® club Card, it remains on the card until the entire balance is used. You can always use the physical, plastic card in store. It is still a valid card even when linked to a Price Plus® club Card.

This document sets forth the current policies and practices of Wakefern Food Corp. (“Wakefern”) with respect to ShopRite® Price Plus® Club participants.

Wakefern respects your privacy and exercises precautions to maintain the confidentiality of the information that you provide to us.

We may gather certain types of personally identifiable information, such as your name, e-mail address, street address or other postal mailing address, telephone number(s), purchase information and history, and if you request check cashing privileges at our stores, your checking account number and/or driver’s license number (collectively, “Personal Information”).  It is therefore important for you to know how we collect, use, disclose, manage, and store the Personal Information that you may voluntarily provide to us.

Collection & Use of Information
We may collect and use aggregate sales information to analyze sales trends.  Aggregated information is not covered by this policy because it does not identify any individuals.

We do not collect Personal Information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide it.

Wakefern collects information about purchases made in ShopRite stores and on by Price Plus® Club members.  This information allows us to send coupons and information about new products and special offers that will be of interest to you, to respond to your suggestions and questions, and to inform you of product safety recalls.  In the event of an urgent recall of a product you purchased with your ShopRite® Price Plus® Club card, when practical, the Personal Information that you provide may be used to contact you through an automated telephone messaging system or by other means.  Please make sure to tell us if your contact information changes.  We will use reasonable efforts to notify you, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive notification of every recall through our service.

Disclosure of Information
We may share Personal Information with third parties that we engage, and with whom we have written agreements regarding the confidentiality of Personal Information, to help us provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve our digital services, including communications to you via e-mail and mobile telephone, as well as through our websites (“Digital Services”).

Other than as set forth above, we will not sell, exchange, rent, lease or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to any third party without your consent.  In particular, we do not share Personal Information with third parties for their marketing or promotional use, except as part of a specific program for which you make the choice to opt-in.  For example, we may offer coupons that require you to fill out an advertiser survey in order to be eligible to receive the coupons.  We will provide the information to the advertiser, but only when you have chosen to opt-in.

Procedures to Review Your Personal Information and to Opt-Out
You can always contact Wakefern if you wish to review any Personal Information we may have about you.  If we have Personal Information about you, we will provide you with a readable copy of such Personal Information at no charge.  Factual errors in your Personal Information, including out-of-date information, can be corrected by sending us a request that credibly shows our error.  To protect your privacy and security, we take commercially reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to Personal Information or making corrections.

Also, you may always opt-out of receiving communications from us.  If you are receiving e-mail messages from us and do not wish to receive any more, use the links on the bottom of the e-mail message to make changes to your e-mail preferences.  If there are no links, follow the instructions at the bottom of the message.  When we receive your notification that you want to opt-out, we will process your request promptly.  Please note, however, that as a result, you will not receive information about our promotions.

Price Plus® Club memberships are non-transferable.  The sale or barter of any Price Plus® Club benefits is prohibited. Wakefern reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Plus® Club program at any time with or without notice, or terminate any membership at any time with or without notice for any reason, including for fraud, abuse, conduct inconsistent with this policy and/or the Wakefern Food Corp. Coupon Policy, Privacy Policy, Web Site Terms and Conditions, ShopRite on Facebook User Conduct/Guidelines, or violation of any local, state, or federal laws or ordinance. 1. Eligibility. The ShopRite Fall 2013 Back To School Box Tops For Education Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Connecticut who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Sponsor, ShopRite, its participating stores (“Participating Stores”) and any of their parents and affiliate companies and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children), regardless where they reside, and household members of each such employees are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

2. Timing. The Sweepstakes begins on September 29, 2013 at 12:00:01 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 5, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). For the purposes of this Sweepstakes a day (“Day”) is defined as a calendar day beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. 3. Two (2) Ways to Enter.

With Purchase: During the Entry Period purchase six (6) participating General Mills Box Tops For Education products in one visit using your ShopRite Price Plus card and you will receive a certificate for twenty-five (25) Bonus Box Tops at checkout. You will also automatically receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes.

By Mail: To receive one Entry into the Sweepstakes without a purchase, send a 3 1/2” X 5” piece of paper in a standard envelope with proper postage affixed via regular mail with your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number, date of birth, and the address and name of your Designated School to: ShopRite Fall 2013 Back To School Box Tops For Education Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 43307, Atlanta, GA 30336. Entries received with purchase and by mail shall collectively be referred to as an “Entry” or “Entries”.

In order for the school that you designate (“Designated School”) to receive a prize if you are selected as a winner, your Designated School must be enrolled in the General Mills Box Tops for Education® Program (the “BTFE Program”) for the 2013 – 2014 academic school year. If your Designated School is not enrolled in the BTFE Program, call 1-888-799-2444 to enroll, or enroll online at

Limit: One (1) Entry per person per day during the Entry Period regardless of the method of entry. All in-store Entries must be obtained no later than closing time of the Participating Store on October 5, 2013 to be eligible. Entries sent via regular mail must be post marked no later than October 5, 2013 and received no later than October 11, 2013. Entries sent by any other method or in excess of the stated limitation will be deemed void. Photocopies and entries which are mechanically reproduced will not be accepted. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Released Parties (as defined in Section 8, below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected Entries. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry received by purchase, the authorized account holder of the ShopRite Price Plus Club card used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the ShopRite Price Plus card by ShopRite. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. In the event of a dispute at to an Entry received by mail, the individual named on the 3 1/2” X 5” piece of paper will be deemed the Entrant.

4. Potential Winners Selection. Ten (10) potential winners (each a “Potential Winner”, collectively “Potential Winners”) will be selected at random by Administrator on or about November 1, 2013 from all eligible Entries received by both methods of entry. By entering, you grant permission to be contacted by Sponsor by mail or telephone in connection with the Sweepstakes. You must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. A Potential Winner is not an official winner (“Official Winner”) until Potential Winner’s eligibility has been verified and Potential Winner has been notified that verification is complete.

5. Verification of Potential Winners. Each Potential Winner, unless prohibited by law, may be required to sign and return a Publicity Release (“Release”), which must be received by Sponsor within seven (7) days of the date indicated on the notice. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period, or prize is returned as undeliverable, or he/she refuses his/her prize for any reason, that Potential Winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate winner by random drawing.

6. Prizes/Odds. Prizes (10): Each Official Winner’s Designated School will receive ten thousand (10,000) eBoxTops. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.00 to the Designated School. Total ARV of all Prizes: $10,000.00. One (1) eBoxTop is equal to one (1) Box Top ($.10) and will be automatically credited to the Designated School’s account, subject to the BTFE Program guidelines available at No prizes will be awarded to the individual.

Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible Entries received. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. The Official Winner’s Designated School is responsible for all (if any) federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, your participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your consent for Sponsor to use your name, likeness, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, without further approval, payment or consideration from or to you.

8. Release: By participating, you agree to indemnify Sponsor, Administrator, ShopRite, its Participating Stores and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/Sweepstakes agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parents and affiliate companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claims or causes of action of any kind (collectively “Losses”) that Released Parties may incur in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of your participation in the Sweepstakes.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible Entries received up to the time of the impairment. No more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules will be awarded. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or who acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

10. WARNING: Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Limited Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any aspects of the Sweepstakes; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (5) any injury or damage to you or to other persons or property which may be caused from your participation in the Sweepstakes. If for any reason your Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, your sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, by participating, you agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the appropriate Minnesota State Court located in Minneapolis, Minnesota; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for and you hereby waive all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on August 12, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 29, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Eligible Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by completing the online Sweepstakes registration form (name, complete mailing address, birthdate, phone number, email*optional, Price Plus Card # * optional) available at the Sponsor’s website ( (the “Website”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 29, 2012. Limit one (1) entry person e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period.

All required information must be provided to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Internet entries must be made by the Entrant only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for: late, incomplete, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address, that submits more than maximum allowed entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and for other purposes as set forth below.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wakefern Food Corp.., any ShopRite® store, the Administrator, and their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, volunteers, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, action, injury, loss, damage or cause of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or receipt of any prize, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in any prize-related activity, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (d) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, (b) tampering, unauthorized intervention, (c) fraud, (d) technical failures, or (e) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the Grand Prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s Website; or (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The potential Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the Administrator whose decisions are final and binding. The prize drawing will be conducted on or about September 30, 2012. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by phone, email and/or a USPS mail package of prize confirmation. The First Prize winners will be contacted via email and/or a USPS mail package of prize confirmation.

PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize and ten (10) First Prizes awarded following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize Winner, upon verification of eligibility, will receive two (2) tickets to the Grand Tasting presented by ShopRite, one (1) night hotel accommodations at the Eventi Hotel (one double occupancy room); and one (1) $200.00 prepaid Gift Card. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize package is $1,077.69. Each First Prize Winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Grand Tasting presented by ShopRite. Each First Prize has an ARV of $390. Total Prize Pool – $4,977.69.


ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners. Upon initial notification and verification of the Grand Prize, confirmation will be sent to the aforementioned winner via U.S. mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor’s choice. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release and return it within ten (10) days of written notification by mail or prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, if the potential Grand Prize winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected for the prize at issue.

GENERAL: By accepting the a prize, where permitted by law, a Prize Winner grants to the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time a Prize Winner’s full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS PROFIT, CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZES. By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s). Prize Winners also acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a Prize.

DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that 1.) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; 2.) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and 3.) Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with United States law. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts of New Jersey, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these Official Rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The value of the prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of any prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.

When is the final date of the YourBucks program?
Yourbucks mobile/email will officially conclude on July 31, 2013. Customers will receive the last of their Yourbucks offers on July 11th and will receive a series of discontinuation messages via their preferred method of communication (SMS text or email) on July 18th and July 25th.

Why is ShopRite ending this program?
In order to focus on savings programs that most effectively benefit our valued shopper, we are streamlining our digital communication strategy. We will continue to provide/add more savings and promotions to our existing website and email program.

How will the conclusion of Yourbucks be communicated to customers?
Customers will receive a series of discontinuation messages via their preferred method of communication (SMS text or email) on July 18th and July 25th.

Does the conclusion of the Yourbucks program affect any other savings or loyalty programs of which I’m currently enrolled?
No. The Yourbucks service has been a separate promotional program from any existing subscription a shopper may be participating in. Registration and participation in these programs will not be affected.

I’ve received offers over the last few weeks and plan to redeem them, when will they expire?
All expiration dates included in current offer communications will be honored. The expiration dates vary by offer and will not change based on the discontinuation of the program.

To begin, you will need to go to and create an account. Note:  if you already have an account, just sign in. Creating an account at is quick and easy. Click the “create account” tab at the very top of the main menu page. Enter the e-mail address you would like to use for this account, create a password, and then fill in your name and address.

couponsNext you will need to enter your state, home store and your Price Plus club Card number, located on the back of your Price Plus club Card. The Price Plus club Card is what the cashier scans when you check out at your favorite ShopRite store. If you do not have a Price Plus club card, simply click the ‘enroll now’ option and follow the instructions. Your Price Plus club Card number will be 12 digital long beginning with the tiny 4 on the left.

After you are signed in at, look for the “coupons” icon at the top right of your screen. When you place your mouse over this coupon icon, you will see a drop-down menu appear.  Click on the first option you see, which is “digital coupons“.  This will bring you to the ShopRite digital coupon center.

Once you are at the digital coupon center, you will see the weekly coupon offers. Here you will find hundreds of dollars’ worth of potential savings. You can view each coupon by scrolling through the pages, or you can sort them by category, expiration date, savings amount or brand. These options make it easy for you to find exactly which savings are best for you.

When you have found a coupon that you would like to use, click “load to card“. This will digitally save the coupon on to your Price Plus club Card. You will see the coupon circled in green to indicate that the coupon has been added to your card. The digital coupons are synchronized between your PC and phone, so coupons will appear on both after being saved.

Once you have saved coupons onto your Price Plus club Card, present your card to the cashier at your ShopRite store when checking out. The cashier will scan your card and the savings will automatically deduct from your order.

 You can find a list of the coupons that you have saved by clicking the “shopping list” tab. This list will show you all of your coupons, along with their offer details and expiration dates.

You can save up to 175 coupons on your Price Plus club Card. These coupons will remain on your card until they are used, or until they expire. Digital coupons can be used at any ShopRite store and with your ShopRite from Home orders.
